Melissa and her team were outstanding throughout the entire selling process from start to finish. From her introduction to us in our initial meeting where she reviewed her marketing plan and shared her professional background, through the staging and house prep, guiding us through showings, offer responses and negotiation with the buyer, right through to the closing, Melissa was really on top of things. Her stager and photographer were absolutely brilliant, displaying exceptional creativity and skill in maximizing the presentation of the house. The carpet cleaner she recommended was hard working and did an excellent job. Melissa was clearly dedicated to helping us sell our home and we would not hesitate to recommend her to our family and friends.
