We’ve moved several times over the years for job relocations. Melissa Morrell is by far the best realtor we had for any move. She took the time to understand what we wanted and showed us several areas where our family might like to make our new home. She pre-screened homes for us so we didn’t spend precious time looking at homes that would immediately be eliminated because of criteria we didn’t want; criteria that might not be obvious from the home’s description or pictures. We have since moved again. Because Melissa is so conscientious with the details we used her to sell our home in Simpsonville. It sold within 30 days and Melissa stayed on top of the other realtor to ensure a seamless close. We wish we could have taken Melissa with us to help look for a home in our new location!
