I was transferred to Greenville by my company and decided that I was going to buy a house in one trip to Greenville. My husband and I came out Wednesday night and left back to CA on Sunday morning. Melissa was helpful in reviewing all the houses we thought we wanted to see. We saw about 15 homes and Melissa was able to seal the deal on that Saturday at 11 pm before we left back to CA early Sunday morning. Melissa made sure we picked the right house with the right schools (resale value) and got us the price we wanted. Since we were at the other side of the country, Melissa helped us with everything until the house closed.
